Daycare & Boarding
Requirements:
1. Please read and understand all Puppy
Lounge policies
2. Small breed dog weighing thirty (30)
pounds or less & shoulder height
under 15 inches (Please check breed restrictions)
3. Fully vaccinated for DHPP, Rabies, and
Bordetella (Bordetella must be renewed every
6 months therefore the intranasal vaccine
is recommended)
4. Spayed or neutered if over 6 months old
5. Dogs who are friendly, social, and healthy
6. If your pup meets the requirements outlined
above: (1) Please call to schedule an interview
and/or tour as they can only be done by
appointment, (2) Complete the following
enrollment forms and (3) Send enrollment
forms and vaccine records:

7. Successfully complete Doggie Interview
at the Puppy Lounge (based on temperament
and overall size). Interviews must
be scheduled in advance and are available:
Interview
& Tour Schedule (By Appointment Only)
Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 11:30 AM & 1:30
PM - 4 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM - 3 PM
Doggie Interview
Process:
1. Fill out enrollment forms
2. Email or fax current vaccination
records before interview
3. Call to schedule an interview & tour
4. Meet Puppy Lounge staff
5. Drop off your dog for an hour or more
to meet daycare buddies to determine compatibility
6. Enroll your pooch for daycare
and confirm boarding reservations
